A spacious “cottage” surprises positively, the bathroom is “luxurious”. Kivinen is a homely, tidy and comfortable accommodation available for a family, a group of friends or colleagues around the year.

In the bedroom you will find a double bed and an extendable bed in which a child or a grown-up can sleep. A cot is available for a baby. There is also a bed in the kitchen. Beds for 5 persons, extra beds for 3 persons. Wood-burning stove and a beautiful heat-reserving fireplace create a warm atmosphere. The cottage includes an air-source heat pump and electric radiators.

The sauna in the yard is especially lauded. The spacious old sauna was renovated in 2011 to the style of a smoke sauna. In the sauna you still wash up in a traditional way by pouring water on yourself. During summertime, 1-2 people can stay the night in the sauna bedroom.
Old utility articles and tools have been collected to the yard’s home museum in the granary.

The cottage is equipped with basic utensils for 6 people, dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an electric and a wood-fired stove, a fireplace, a washing machine,a radio and a TV.
